Refund policy
OliOliii has a 12 Month Warranty and 30 Day Return Guarantee.
During the 30 Day window, if you're not satisfied with your product, you may exchange or return it in its original packaging for a refund. Simply contact us via hello@olioliii.com and we will send you a return label to download and print.
Please note that return shipping costs will be borne by the customer (estimated at ~SGD8 for local returns). OliOliii reserves the right to decline returns or apply deductions if the return conditions are not met.
