Heavy tamping is not required. A gentle, even leveling using the bottom of the ground coffee spoon is sufficient for producing consistent espressos with Pressa.
6. Can I use pre-ground coffee?
Yes. Freshly ground coffee is recommended for best flavor, but high-quality pre-ground espresso coffee will also work.
