Easy Installation and Operation
Filter
Align the filter with the locking ring at the top center of the main unit and tighten it clockwise.
Dust Cup
align the buckles on the dust cup with those on the main unit, insert the dust cup, and tighten it clockwise.
2-in-1 Brush Vacuum Head
Insert the movable brush head into the dust cup in the indicated direction. Push it in fully until you feel a distinct click.
Air Nozzle
Align the protrusion on the nozzle with the groove on the air outlet. Insert the nozzle and tighten it clockwise.
Vacuum Connector
Align the protrusion on the connector with the groove on the suction port. Insert the connector and tighten it clockwise.

Caring for your Cosmo

Clean the HEPA filter using small brush (Do NOT wash with water).

FAQS
1. Why can't my Cosmo power on?
Troubleshooting options:
- The device may be out of power - charge for a while, then unplug the charging cable and try again.
- The device may be locked - quickly press the button three times to unlock, then press and hold to power on.
2. Can the illumination function be used at the same time with vacuum?
No, the torch light is a separate, independent function that cannot be used simultaneously when vacuuming. To use the illuminate function, simply double press the button.
3. Why does the machine have weak suction or stop working?
Troubleshooting Options:
- Check if the suction port is blocked. When blocked, the indicator light will flash red and the device will stop automatically.
- Check if the dust cup is full or if the filter is clogged.
- Check if the battery is sufficiently charged.
4. What's the battery life for Cosmo?
The battery runs up to 35 mins using standard mode.
5. What's the difference between standard and boost mode?
In standard mode, suction power is 12kPa. In boost mode, suction power goes up to 20kPa for added power.
6. How long does a full charge take?
4 hours via USB-C cable.
7. Can the machine be used while charging?
No. For safety reasons, the machine cannot be used when plugged in for charging.
8. Does it come with a warranty?
Yes, Cosmo comes with a 1-year warranty from date of purchase.
